At Essaire we want every customer to feel happy with their purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations we are here to help.
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days after your order has been delivered.
To qualify for a return.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The product must not show any damage caused after delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfume products. This rule does not apply if the item arrives damaged defective or if you receive the wrong product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged defective or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

The packaging.
The shipping label.
After reviewing your request we will offer the right solution based on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If your request is approved the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.
